This is another smart choice to enhance your salad with a healthy dressing made without sugar or sweeteners. Petrini’s Classic Italian has a light and delicate flavor accomplished by combining white wine vinegar with 100% Olive Oil. It is also great over asparagus, baby greens, or as a dip for artichokes. A nice change from the traditionally bolder Italian dressings.
